Mid-week "Pivot" Request allowed

The Protocol

Your Dedicated Day: Monday–Friday (Assigned upon onboarding).
The Deadline: 8:00 PM the night before your run.
The Tote: Anything leaving your house (returns, dry cleaning) goes in the bag. We return it replenished by 6:00 PM.
